empirica ag
empirica is an independent economic and social science research and consulting institute. The company was founded in 1990 in Bonn by Ulrich Pfeiffer.
Today, there are three offices located in Berlin, Bonn, and Leipzig. Together, the three offices employ around 35 people with broad education and experience (economics, geography, urban planning).
empirica works domestically and internationally and has a wide network of collaborations. Consultancy services are provided for private and public clients:
- Federal and state ministries and subordinate institutes
- Cities and municipalities
- Banks, building societies, insurance companies
- Housing industry, developers, real estate developers and investors
- Foundations and associations
